CME Vacation Bible School

This vacation Bible school management application is the first in a set of applications in the Christian Ministry Enhancement family. It is intended for use by Christian churches and other ministries to run a vacation Bible school program, which is a short series of get togethers intended to introduce children to Christ and help established Christian children grow in their faith. These events are usually held during the summer while children are out of school, thus the name.

Our goal with this application is to streamline the process of running a VBS program and to make it easier for churches to start running these programs if they have not been. The main developer for this application, Michael, has been a VBS classroom leader for a number of years and believes that a good VBS program is a foundational part of an effective children's outreach ministry. He also thinks it is one of the most fun weeks of his church year and seeks to make it a joyful time for others as well.

The Christian Ministry Enhancement set of applications is planned to be a series of tools for different types of ministry. Applications are under development for church management, summer camp management and tracking individual evangelism.

The Christian Ministry Enhancement applications, including CME VBS, are developed and maintained by MW Software Solutions LLC, based in Lincoln, Nebraska. If these applications become widely used, we plan to form a nonprofit organization to manage them.
